Ed Woodall, ACS (Association of Convenience Stores) Government Relations Director, provided an overview of new findings on Retail Crime & the launch of Stop Shop Theft Campaign

Vince Malone, Tenby Stores Retailers, described his experience of retail crime and recommendations that should be undertaken to address the issue.

Alun Michael, South Wales Police and Crime Commissioner, outlined what work is being done to tackle retail crime on a local level and outlined future plans for addressing the issue.

Jordan Newfield, ACS Public Affairs Manager, presented an overview of why access to cash is important to local communities, the latest data on ATM provision in Wales and support businesses need.

Sarah McKenzie, Head of Department, Retail Banking Market Analysis and Policy, provided an overview of FCA’s role, how access to cash provision has changed over time and how the FCA is supporting local communities by protecting access to cash via their new cash rules.

Vince Malone, Tenby Stores, panellist, provided information on how banking hubs can be set up and applied for by businesses and some of their differences compared to traditional Post Offices.
